Sistema owner Yevtushenkov gives 2.5% to son, cuts stake to 59.2%

MOSCOW, Nov 30 (PRIME) -- Chairman of the board of directors and key shareholder of multi-industry holding Sistema Vladimir Yevtushenkov has given a 2.5% stake in Sistema to his son Felix Yevtushenkov, reducing his stake to 59.2%, the company said in a statement late on Thursday.

Sistema spokesman Sergei Kopytov said that the stake was a gift. Felix Yevtushenkov is a deputy chairman of the board of directors of the holding.
